Rose Mwebaza
Rose Mwebaza (Uganda) is Director of the Climate and Technology Centre & Network (CNTC), an institution of the United Nations in charge of the implementation of technologic solutions facing climate change. She previously served as the Chief Naturel Resources Officer at the African Development Bank.
