Linda Tesi Rusagara
Linda Tesi Rusagara (Rwanda) is the Managing Director of Kigali Innovation City, a technology cluster planned for Kigali in Rwanda in order to position the country as a pan-African innovation hub. Linda has also worked in the President of Rwanda’s strategy and policy unit where she focused on technology, urbanization and private sector development (2013-2015).
