Kader Kaneye
Kader Kaneye (Niger) is the Founder and President of the African Development University, the first non-profit liberal arts University in the Sahel Region welcoming visiting faculty from Harvard, MIT, Oxford and similar world class institutions. He is also an Associate Partner of Dalberg, an international development consulting firm that assists governments in French-speaking Africa.
