Closing the education gap to shape tomorrow’s African leadership

Education issues are at the heart of economic growth in Africa. This area is now experiencing a new dynamic on the continent where human capital development is an essential step towards sustainable growth. This issue especially appears in a private sector that is struggling to attract and keep local talent. Education must become a priority sector for initiatives in order to reduce the African educative gap and to train the African leaders of tomorrow.

This working session will gather actors of change who work for the development of an efficient educative sector, compliant with the African situations on the ground, such as:

  • Frank CINQUE (Italy), Managing Director, E4Impact Foundation
  • Ali EL QUAMMAH (Morocco), Chairman, Association of African Business Schools
  • Laura KAKON (Morocco), Chief Marketing Officer, Honoris United Universities
  • Xavier LEROY (France), Managing Partner Africa, Egon Zehnder
  • Cyrille NKONTCHOU (Cameroon), Founder & Managing Partner, ENKO Capital Education
