Souad EL OUAZZANI (Morocco) is Managing Director of Services to International Donors in French-speaking Africa. She accompanies the bilateral or multilateral organisations (AFD, World Bank, EuropeAid…) in the definition and implementation of their economic development assistance programmes for the French-speaking Africa countries. She is also CSR Director at Deloitte France.
