Sergio Arzeni
Sergio Arzeni (Italy) is the President of the International Network for the Small and Medium Enterprises (INSME) under the auspices of the Organization for economic cooperation and development (OECD). This association promotes public-private partnerships and gateways. During his long carrier at the OECD, he notably headed the Center for Entrepeneurship, SMEs and Local Development.
