Idrissa Diabira
Idrissa DIABIRA (Senegal) is the Chief Executive Officer of the Agency for the Development and Supervision of SME’s (ADEPME), a Senegalese governmental organization providing support and advice to SMEs. He also accompanied the creation of the Priority Investment Guarantee Fund as special advisor and then general technical coordinator (2014-2017), served as special advisor to former Senegalese Prime Minister Aminata Toure in 2013 and founded the panafrican economic intelligence firm Interface Africa (2009-2013).
