Esmel Emmanuel Essis

Esmel Emmanuel Essis (Ivory Coast) is secretary of state in charge of the Promotion of Private Investment. IN a similar spirit he is also the managing director of the Ivory Coast Centre for the Promotion of Investments (CEPICI). In the private sector he was associate director at Amseys’ International Consulting and head of Coca-Cola for several Western African countries. He is the president of the International Network of Francophone Agencies for the Promotion of Investment since 2014.
