Anisse Terai
Anisse TERAI (Algeria) is a CPL/ELI Fellow at Harvard University. He is a veteran development banker and investment manager. He worked extensively in the energy sector, he served as the Technical Advisor to the Chairman of CRE – the French Energy Regulator, Advisor to the Chairman and CEO of Sonatrach, the largest company by revenue in Africa. More recently, he was the Founding Managing Director of the ITFC Sovereign Energy Fund (ISEF), and ITFC Head of Policy and Partnerships at the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB) Group.
