Aftar Touré MOROU
Aftar Touré MOROU (Togo) is Managing Director of the Togo Public Procurement Regulatory Authority. He also holds the post of Secretary General of the African Public Procurement Network. His long career in the public sector has notably led him to be an Advisor to the Minister of Economy and Finance of Togo, but also an Economist, expert in public finance and social development for the Togolese government.
